Sailor Pluto is a solitary soldiar of the Moon Kingdom. Sailor Pluto controls all time and space, and is destined to guard the Gate of Time. Although Sailor Pluto is destined to guard the gate, Neo Queen Serenity often lets her venture into the time period of the Sailor Scouts to see of their progress. Not only does she venture out on her own, she also goes with Small Lady to make sure she is safely settling in very well. Sailor Pluto, can control time with her magical Chrono Staff and Orb. She can stop, forward, or reverse time using this staff and orb. In order to open the Gates of Time, she uses her Chrono Orb and shoots rays of light in the key hole in order for it to open.

Trista a transformation wand to surround her in the very essence of time and space to transform into Sailor Pluto.

Sailor Pluto uses her Chrono Orb to attract and control the screams from the underworld to destroy her enemies.
Dark, Dome, Close!
Sailor Pluto uses her Chrono Orb to stop time in a dome around herself and those she wants to protect. Although she is able to do this, she is restricted. She can only do this attack by orders of the King and Queen of Crystal Tokyo.
